about 4 months ago(month of may) i picked up a colony of 55+ polyps neon orange "magician looking" palys...i got it as aussie orange palys....i managed to save about 15 polyps and sold traded 10 polyps..i lost more than half of the colony..they just closed up,never opened went mushy and smelled really bad..it didnt melt at all,just closed up and was rotting inside...
here is a picture of it when i first got it....it is neon orange and obviously bleached...
after months in my tank..here is an updated pic...
it is like a goldish orange color..for some reason after switching to led's,its so hard to capture good coral colors:sad:
u can see the original magicians in the back
some more,look like sunflower:xd:
i do notice that the babies(new polyps) are more goldish orange than the old polyps...
