Might try a malachite green solution for dipping and remove all you can see with a pair of tweezers. Some wrasses (Halichoeres) will eat them I understand. And for another treatment: http://www.practicalcoralfarming.co...ating-nudibranch-with-saliferts-flatworm-exit

Good luck; I've never had them and understand they can be hard to get rid of.
