I need some help with my orange plate, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong! I feed it LRS Reef Frenzy every couple of days and it devours it, lighting around the tank seems fine, all my other corals are doing great.

Parameters:

Salinity - 1.025
PH ~ 8 - 8.2
Nitrate ~ 10
Phosphates ~ 0.44
Alk ~ 8.7
Calc ~ 470
Mag ~ 1400

Besides the Hammer coral I have that accidentally got hit by a rock, they are all growing great so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

What’s the flow like in that area?
It looks to me like low/moderate, I have it in a corner and the pump I have pointed toward the back of the tank so the flow goes all the way around before getting to the plate.

I think orange plate corals tend to be more difficult to keep healthy and alive than some of the other ones. For yours, I would try feeding it less. I rarely directly feed mine and make a point to not bump or move them. I also gently blow off debris if they don’t clear themselves. Your phosphates may be a little high, but if your other corals look fine, it’s probably not the problem.

Mine got grumpy and brown when phosphates were high. They are resilient though, never give up on a plate!

I’ve added some GFO to hopefully bring down the phosphates. I will say that after today’s water change and adding the GFO it looked a little puffier tonight. We'll see how it goes! Thank you all for your help.
