I have a 20 gallon too and I just got my West African Biscuit Starfish. I’ll be posting updates on here about how he’s doing.
Both pictures are in my tank, I have had the red one for about a year prior to the orange biscuit. Red star is still going strong.
Glad to hear the red one is still ok...do you ever spot feed him?
Not really
Might be a good idea since it's only a 20 gallon tank...mine'll go for pretty much any meaty food I give him...he's been eating an oyster for the past 24 hours or so

Oh it was @i cant think that said he has a 20 gallon...thought that was you! Still probably a good idea though if the other star went through your live rock and sponges so quickly...it's hard to know if they're able to find enough food if you're not spot feeding them or have a really big tank and once they show negative signs they're usually done for within a few days and not a lot you can do at that pointThanks for the advice, my tank is a 2 year old 65g
