Orange shoulder abdomen bulge

My orange shoulder Tang has weird bulges on both sides of body near the anus. He is producing waste normally and has good energy and appetite but the bulges seem to be getting bigger by the day. Any ideas on what this is and if treatable would be greatly appreciated.

2 week update: I treated the tank with prazipro twice. Did the second treatment about 10 days after the 1st. It's been about 2 weeks since the last treatment and the orange shoulder Tang has lost all of those weird lumps. They were so extreme at one point that I thought he was a goner for sure. But the whole time he ate well and was active. For diet I have been feeding him spirulina brine shrimp, seaweed, NLS pellets, and frozen hikari angel blend.
