Orange spot blenny acting weird

Hello

Had anyone seen their orange spot blenny just chilling on gyers?
We've had him for a month and he's been fine. Yesterday we added a protein skimmer and I noticed today's hes pretty attached to our wavemaker.
He'll hang out there for a few minutes, then swim around then go back. Photos attached.

Thoughts? He's generally a chill dude but he seems stressed

He kinda just chills there. He likes sleeping in a seashell. I guess it's normal! He's such a character
