Orange spots on coral

Took a rock out to remove some aptasia (and some corals) and now the rock is back in tank there are some 1 mm bright orange spots on tip of rocks, appear to have scalloped edges. Not moving as far as I know. Hard to get clear pic. Might have not seen it when corals were there. Any ideas appreciated!

If they move, it’s the dreaded red bugs. You will need to start with a coral dip
Pics very blue or fuzzy to see clearly
