Orange spots on rock

Kinda looks like small circles size of a pea made up of many many small orange bright dots. It is not flat and encrusting you can see it move when turkey basted

Any ideas. There are three different rocks with maybe five spots on each and oddly those are the three spots that have cyano currently
 
It's hard to say from the pics... But... There is a remote chance those are babies from the ricordea around the corner.
 
There is a baby ric next to the ric. These are different. And way to far from it as they stretch 4 feet. I will try for a video tomorrow. It’s almost like the orange mold that grows on wood and trees. Small round balls kinda like this but it’s forming in a round pattern

Could it be some red algae that is dying off so turned orange
