Orange spots on the sand my tank.

So recently my tank finished cycling and I added 2 Mocha Clown Fish and 3 Blue/green chromies. Today i was looking in the tank and noticed there are these orange spots on the back left corner of the tank and it seems to be creeping out. I'm not sure if its fish waste or if it is an algae bloom. Anyone have any idea what it is and what to do about it.
