Hey guys, I got 2 orange spots about a month ago now, and after a grueling couple weeks of getting the little guys to switch over from acro polyps to frozen foods, I can finally say that I am successful!!!! :) they readily take frozen brine out of the water column! I will wait a few more weeks of feeding them like this before I put them in my 125 sps reef.

That's great news! Got any photos?

I actually took a video on my iPhone of the two of them eating frozen brine! Can I upload that video to this thread using the R2R app on my iPhone?

Your giving me hope! Definitely one of my favorites. Yeah, let's see the pictures though.

Hey everyone, sorry for getting back to you so late. I got pictures!! :D These were taken with my iphone. No editing whatsoever! the color and definition of these fish are absolutely amazing :)

Congrats! Now you may want to ween them off the no nutritional value at all Brine Shrimp and onto something a little more healthy. :)

Any suggestions? I have noticed that they do not eat the larger brine shrimp. I think they are too big for them to eat with their small mouths. If that is the case, that rules out mysis.

Maybe supplement with something? Or look into the different size rods food mixes. Brine shrimp has a crude protein of 4%, while PE Mysis has 69%. Brine shrimp is like eating lettuce. ;)

If they were eating acros, why are you putting them in a SPS tank?

because I would rather have them in my 125 display under radions rather than my measly 20L frag tank under t5s. Plus, if they are eating frozen food long enough, then im thinking they wont be inclined to eating acros... just assuming here
