looks like Diatoms. every new tank gets some at some point and more will show up most likely.

As to how to get rid of it? Wait out the ugly stage, it happens to all of us! Keep the light off for the first couple of months seems an effective way to minimise it..

You should be able to suck this stuff up with a turkey baster or pipet at this stage, it will gradually get worst unfortunately but if you can keep on top of it, it will help you in the long term of this hobby
