Orbit ic light

I have two of the 18” version of that light over my 8G invert Q tank. I’m also using their little controller and one of their tiny 660gph wave pumps. I wouldn’t have purchased the pump on my own, but there was a promotion and I got it for free when I bought the lights.

All in all I don’t think its a bad system. It’s definitely not super high end, but it works and it works well together.

I do think that especially with a 24” deep tank a single light would not be enough. I would definitely go with two and even with that you might not be able to keep some things with super high light requirements, but it should be good for a lot of things.

I have 2 48in current ic loop lights the hole set up. And it's nice it's all hooked up in one unit. But the lights are not strong like he said takes a long time to grow hard corals. But for the price and me being on a budget. Family first tanks second lol.

I have the 48" version sitting in my closet, it's not very bright 24" down. Anything other than the easiest corals would have to be way at the top

Well, I think I see the problem. You should put it over your tank instead.

Thank you all for helping out! I'll probably go a different rout for lights. Because I could probably get one really nice light for the price of two of these
