I'm inclined to say ich, but some may say velvet depending on how quick the onset was.

It’s funny because I bought it as a quarantined fish. Ive seen symptoms for about a week. It’s still eating. I hear that they usually die after 3 days if it is velvet.

Has it survived longer, could be just other, I had chromis with similar, 3 months on its scales are great, sometimes they rubb themselves on rocks which causes abrasions

I’d probably agree with ich. Velvet is pretty quick to spread and cause death. Usually within a week. The fin also look pretty rough from the pictures.

The only problem is Its gonna be practically impossible to get it out since it jimmys itself into the tiniest crevices.

This looks more like secondary bacterial as seen with brook but ich is possible. Realize that that a quarantined fish is good but if subject to stressors are not exempt from disease and I often say, assume all fish have something but its possible you may have had something in the tank already although fish did not show it.
Was the tail like this when you received fish? While it may be aggression, looks like fin and tail rot which is again bacterial.
My suggestion: Treat fish in quarantine with coppersafe at therapeutic level 2.0 and add kanaplex for bacteria which the two will mix and add aeration with air stone.
Monitor copper with reliable copper test kit such as Hanna brand and monitor ammonia level in QT also with reliable test kit

Ah yes i've used that before. Here's hoping
I will say I put a small hole in it toward the back to fit a pipette so I can squirt some food in a squeeze to move it so it draws him in. But you got to be ready with a net because they are super nimble and great swimmers. My bi color dotty was a pain but that’s how I got him out of my display. He was rough and killed off several larger fish.
