Orchid dottyback from healthy to dead overnight (video)

So yesterday at feeding time I had a perfectly healthy orchid dottyback. Today at feeding time he was nowhere to be found. Then about 30 minutes later I find my linear goby chasing him out and nipping at him till he basically collapsed (see pics). I’ve never have a fish randomly die like that overnight. From this video does he look like he was getting attacked? He was sick? All of the above? Everyone else in the tank seems fine. Any thoughts? I want to make sure there isn’t something in the tank that’s gonna make everyone sick.

It does look like something attacked it, I can't say if it was before or after death though.....
