Orchid dottyback white looking ulcer on head

Hi,
I have a dottyback snd just noticed it had a mark on its head.
It dosnt look like white spot and there are no signs of issue with the other fish.
The fish get on relatively well.

Any idea what it could be?

Pics slightly fuzzy on my phone but looks like bacterial tuft or post injury
With good water quality could heal but risky to wait
Treat with seachem kanaplex or Maracyn 2 in a separate tank
