I have a question we placed a order thru Algae barn on Friday for the mandarin feeder kit I remember seeing it saying order will ship on the following Monday 3/25 I noticed today it’s still in process and left a message with no reply . Is this Normal for them ? Would like to know what’s up or do I cancel the order?

Update: I got a message saying can o cyclops was out of stock should be in Thursday and still nothing
Don’t get me wrong I know these guys are a reputable company but to not talk to us on what’s going on isn’t good customer service where I have to reach out 2-4 times and not get a reply unless I post here , it shows in stock on the website but yet I know nothing ugh !
