Is there an order on which fish to put first in a tank?
So my tank is a 50 gallon fowlr and the following are the fish that I am planning to put:
1 flame angelfish
2-3 banggai cardinals
1 royal gramma
1 black clownfish
1-2 skunk cleaner shrimps
and CUC

Thank you!

My clown is the bully of the tank so you might put the clown in last. Cardinals and gramma are pretty peaceful. Never had an angelfish.

edit.... clean up crew and shrimp, then the fish..... let your tank cycle completely, take you time and move slow. really watch your ammonia once you add the cardinals. have extra mixed salt ready in case your ammonia gets too high once you add them.

Should i do water change asap once ammonia rises after adding the cardinals?

^ Is this a cycled tank? You should not be adding any fish yet if the tank is not yet cycled, in which case it would be expected to see any rise in ammonia after introducing them.

Ig is a cycling tank, I am not going to out the fish yet, just planning in advance :)

i would put in the cardinals first, then gamma or clown (either one), then the angel last.

I would do CUC before fish and shrimp after. Shrimp are very sensitive to ammonia and nitrites, and even though you will cycle the tank before adding the fish, every time you add fish you increase the bio-load, and even if done carefully there is the possibility of outpacing what the current bacteria can handle thus the possibility of a little ammonia and nitrite.

Make sure that you have some algae growing on rockwork for the angel to eat. Mine didn't eat flake food for a month and he was fat. Also they are best added last because they can be bullies.
