Order status ???

Called and waited for half hour on the phone no answer - sent email yesterday no response, rock order placed last week hasn’t shipped, RM said it would ship Monday, what’s the deal LA ?

This happened to me a while back with LA. I ordered some clean up crew. I could not get any info about them shipping my order. After a couple of weeks they randomly showed up. No tracking info or anything. I now choose to shop elsewhere.

I waited for a week, tried get the status through the chat , nothing, finally cancelled the order today

Was told on phone after calling again and waiting 20min it might ship today ( no tracking provided so that didn’t happen most likely) but for sure Monday - joke and send a partial refund for my hassles with my rock as I see your still advertising it on IG …..

Rock was delivered today without tracking info but thank you for following through, please work on the communication with customers, having to chase orders is a hassle nobody likes
