i ordered a whole bunch of stuff from you two weeks ago, but it hasn't shipped yet. I've sent a couple emails asking for an update on when it will ship, but not received any replies - can you please update me on the status.

Depending on what it was. Like kh director. It took me. Over a month to get. There was a shortage plus shipping issues they said. Custom issues. I ordered stuff after that like breeze fan and it shipped door to door 1 week. And just placed another order today.
