Ordered Reagent, received Benadryl

I have been unable to find Hanna nitrate HR reagent in stock from my normal reagent sources, but found it on Amazon from the vendor Piece of Paradise Coral. It arrived today, was a box of Benadryl. Which brings up two questions: 1) how could you possibly accidentally send Benadryl instead of Hanna checker reagent? 2) since it would be impossible to accidentally send Benadryl, why wouldn’t you just stuff the envelope with a wad paper?
I guess I’m posting this as a buyer beware sort of thing. I’ve started the refund process.
