Ordering problems with reef cleaners?

Seeing if anyone else is having issues with ordering from reef cleaners? I am trying to place an order but keeps giving me an error saying “contact administrator”.... debating going somewhere else for a CUC. I emailed John but still no reply. Curious if it’s me or if others having same issues?

Having issues ordering

I keep getting my order refunded each time I order by John.

had pitho crabs in cart, I think they sold out on me and that’s why I was refunded.

I have placed 2 orders in March. No problems either time and quick responses to emails.

I had one item DOA. My email was replied to very quickly and I was refunded for the loss.

I have no complaints and would order again.
