Ordering PVC Fittings & Plumbing Help

I dont have much experience with Hard plumbing and I am planning on ordering Unions, Elbows and valves. I have the idea mapped out for the sump and I am still in the process of mapping out the RODI mixing station but I want to make sure I order the correct sizes.

-SUMP-

I will be working with 1-1/2" ID (Inside diameter) openings from the Tank's overflow. There are only 2 Bottom drilled holes and 1-1/2" Bulk heads in place. I want to replace the flex tubing and run one PVC pipe that splits into 2. Then for the return, also want to hard plumb with a cepex ball valve to control flow.
