It will take time and patience (similar to this hobby lol) start at one end and keep them in a straight line and as you go along add more wires to it. You can use zip ties or get wire organizers on amazon. Good luck!

Recommend Velcro wire ties to zip ties. Easily undone and don’t have to worry about pulling to tight or accidentally snipping a wire. Twist ties work great also.

Shorten up individual cables as a loop and hang them out of the way. Keep them separated and tagged at both ends. That way you don’t have to undo a large bundle to take out one cord.

Make a new faceplate for all the outlets and controllers and cut access holes for your chords to pass through, the spaghetti is then hidden behind the faceplate. Lots of examples in DIY section and the commercial face plates.

Me personally would unplug everything except the heater and return, your tank will be fine for a few minutes. Then I group wires by maintenance schedule. The frequently cleaned pumps or items get grouped together in an easy to reach spot and I work my way to the less cleaned. I use ZIP ties with tags on them to label everything.

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking I know what each cable is that’s not the issue so at least I can start from there
