Today we had a power outage and a few weeks ago we got a new Wi-Fi bridge. So now my AI Prime doesn't work. And I can't find the manual or packaging anywhere. I've been searching and re-searching....
It's not connecting to my network. The app doesn't pick it up. What do I do?

It's not connecting to my network. The app doesn't pick it up. What do I do?
 
I tried all that, at different intervals. Without the info (web address of my personal unit) only found in the manual I suppose I'm at an impasse. The light is just not showing up on my Wi-Fi list, computer or phone. I've put in an email to AI asking for help just now. Hopefully the response doesn't take too long. But any other suggestions are most welcome!
 
I found the serial number, and from the examples have tried to place that in a web address, but still no go.
 
If the primes are the same as Hydra HDs... I had to do the "hard reset" holding the button down for 20 seconds , then it took a few minutes for the lights to find my phone. Very frustrating, had to try it several times before i got all 3 units to link up
 
Lol, then last night it came on full blast at midnight! I haven't done the absolute hard reset yet. I'll wait another day to hear from AI. The tank is close to a window, so leaving the blinds open.

That has happened to me a couple times as well, need to reset the date and time....
