I tried my hand at raising Berghia Nudibranch lately. Got 3 from my friend @Claybird1985 about 6 weeks ago. I have been baby these guys for a while and finally got multiple babies at about 1/2 inch Nudibranch. The adults are huge. About 1.5 inches.

A few pictures I took of my Magnfica and clowns today.
Of my cross species pair, the male is particularly aggressive in defending the anemone.

I am sure these young clowns will spawn soon seeing her stomach today before morning feeding.

In this war between two very resilient corals, at brief glance the Green polyp is winning but actually it will be the Xenia that will kill the polyp. The Green polys can keep the Xenia at bay but the GSP cannot grow. As we all know, if it cannot grow it will die.

My Convict Tang is doing great. Fat and happy, disease free, and eat up a storm.

I got really busy and my frag tank suffered. The frags grow into each other and is having border scrimmages. Finally I clean the tanks and double to shelf area. I need to get them into my DT soon.
Fortunately nothing died. I did not wait until it is too late.

I got some interesting information to post today. After half heartedly trying to manually pollinated my Black mangrove flower this spring, I did not pay any more attention to it since I was really busy. I was very surprised to find I got three seeds growing on my Black mangrove tree. Now I will wait for the mangrove seed to mature and see if I can replant it to complete the cycle. Completely reproduce black mangrove in my tank.

I like Regal and Majestic. These are my favorite larger angels that are not huge.

Those mangroves are amazing! Do you keep any fish in there with them? I know they're probably for nutrient export, but could be fun with a couple damsels, anglers, or something else as it's a natural environment for some that we rarely recreate in home aquaria

I harvested two Black Mangrove seeds from my mother plant last year and just dropped them into my QT tank. I forgot about them for a long time. Last months, taken the hood off to do some cleaning i saw two broken Black mangroves seedling bobbling on the water surface. one was not survibale sine the roots and the tip broke off. One still have roots and it's four original leaves even if new stems broke off.
Seeing that it is really clinching to life, i took it out and secure it to one of the air root of the mother plant.
Here is a picture of it today. It sprouting new leaves and branch. I guess this is a totally tank raised plant. i even hand pollinated the flower last year. Only ended up with two seeds. I will try to pollinate all the flowers this year. If nothing else, I guess the seed is full of nutrients and will help some with nutrient export.

My neglected Red Mangrove after 1 year. I recently trim my Black Mangrove to expose this seeding to light and was rewarded with a spurt of growth.

I plan to add two pairs of the three you mentioned. Tank bred pair of Regal and Blue Line would be nice

I got a small female CBB. She is doing great in my QT system. She started to eat something in the tank already. I fed her at 7:00 AM. She was full. I got home at about 6:00 PM and she was still really full. But she still want to eat more.
Here are pictures before PM feeding. Notice the bulging stomach.
I got her the weekend before last so about 8 days.
She had Lymphocystis on tails and both Pectoralis fins. After 8 days the lesions on the R pectoralis fin and tail have resolved. Only 3 spots on the L pectoralis fin. Two white spots and 1 black spot.

I got this CBB on 3/16/2024. She has Lymphocystis on three of her fins. I am going to document how fast the Lymphocystis resolves with care. I had fish that had these problem in the past and I never pay attention to how fast it goes away with good care. Today, which is about 10 days later, only the three largest nodule remain, all on the L Pectoralis fin.

Lymphocystis is almost gone. This about 2 weeks since I put her to my QT only two spots and much smaller than original. BTW my Dragon Breath is beautifully colored too
