Hey guys,
I have just joined the forum and would like to post a brief introduction. My name is Heng and has been living in Orlando for 14 years now. I still own my very 1st tank thanks to my buddy Paul who has convinced me to start right at the 1st time. My reef tank is about 4 year old at this point. I have a 84 gallons Fluval Osaka rounded edge glass tank with tall profile (this tank is intended for freshwater, but quite versatile). I have about 40 corals in my tank. I uses a 24 hours lighting system with 2 metal halide and 4 T5HO with 4 moonlight LEDs. I use Jebao wavemaker and a small powerhead for the dead spot where wave maker is not able to adequately profuse. I do have the original Fluval canister filter 405, a sump with bubble magus protein skimmer, a chiller, a small UV sterilizer.
I try to strive for style and cleanliness and avoid exposure of any tubing and homemade stuff, without spending too much... I guess i consider myself an efficient person
I am planning to replace my fish tank with RedSea's Reefer System whenever it is released. Also planning to replace the lighting system to LED lighting as well. Please feel free to message me! I am easy to talk to friendly to all
Here are some pictures of my humble reef tank. Taken at different time period. Always improving and adding more!
