just a few hours away.. wahoo.
lets see how the refs are tonight.. this may determine everything.

lakers have a good team and a good bench. i dont think magic has that... they used all of there magic pixy dust in the last series.

btw victor when the lakers win i am buying you a lakers flag that you will have to use on your rental car the next time you are out here.=)

Yellow, Purple???????? aren't you color blind Jose?:hammer::ah:
Teamwork fixed it...............but then again Orlando knows nothing about that..............or winning championships........

sup lou, vic, manny here.

seems like these forums are overan by dilusional laker fans

lakers have no one to match up to dwight howard, bynum? that kid is going to cry when he meets the mighty elbow of dwight howard under the rim!

and that my friend is a penalty.. prob a tech.. and he doesnt need anymore of those does he.... and dwight cant beat the lakers alone..

If Lebron who is by far the best player in the NBA(quite possibly the best who ever played the game)could not stop Orlando what makes you think Kobe can?

Orlando is just too strong and the starting 5 is far superior than LA's starting 5. Orlando definitly has a better bench.

Guys it is just not adding up here. I am sure someone will chime in to help clarify things for me. Thanks in advance!

Lebron the best ever? Hahahahaha. Either you don't have ESPN or went diving in the Key's one too many time. Seriously though, your airness will have to disagree that Lebron is #1. Until he has 3 rings, make that even 1, you have an argument against Kobe and when he has 6, then we can talk. Lebron is 1 person against 5 in the Magic serious. The Lakers are a unit this year with a freak that is Kobe. Orlando starting 5 more superior to the Lakers. Again, we must be watching the wrong league.

Enough talk, game one is over and it wasn't even close.

and the worst thing for your magic.. phil jackson is 43-0 when they win game one of a playoff series... and kobe is 22-0 when they win the first game.... btw the series is set up like this for you that havent heard it.. game 1,2 LA... 3,4,5 oralando... 6,7 la.....

First of all it's DELUSIONAL and secondly, Lakers won so the fate of the Magic and all the Laker haters i.e YOU, is set and the reality is Lakers in 6, probably even 5. I'm sure the league and refs will feel bad and give the Magic 1 game, maybe 2 but I doubt it.
And Dwight Howard went 1-6 IIRC, so maybe he should work on that T-rex arms shot of his. Looking like Kevin Willis shooting free throws. lol.

Well well look at all the Laker Fans!

I hope you are enjoying yourselves these last few days because come Thursday night you will be stressing out like a coral after a bad shippment. :snicker:

Here is the truth MAGIC IN 6 and you can take that to the bank.

Its our year!
Its our town!
Its our Team!
Any Questions?

GO MAGIC

Just like when you guys won it all with shaq?:rap:

Great performance by Kobe and the Lakers.
Now lets hope they come to play every game like that. Seen tem come out so flat to many times in this playoff

I can't imagine the magic not being hot for a game or two...they all won't be this dominate i am sure.

Orlando needs to call Vanna White and buy a C-L-U-E..............

Orlando is far too streaky, and dependant on the 3.
If they go cold, its a blowout. Hence game 1.

They are too young and shifty with Nelson back in to sustain a 1/2 court game with the Lakers.
Their 1/2 court or 'non-3' offense is rusty since Nelson has been out. He's the leader of their 1/2 court.

The Cavs were just plain outsized by ORL. Guards/Bigs you name it...
And, ORL got hot from 3. Real hot.

Don't quote me here, but the Cavs have more $ and more flexability than just about anyone
in the NBA for next season. -> Roughly 26-30mill. coming off the books (AFTER LeBron)
(Kidd, Bosh, Gortat, Areeza, Chandler, Villenueva all in the rumors....)

Neither LA or ORL can afford to pay their 'current' team from my understanding.
-Should be real interesting...
That's why Ferry should have had Executive of the year; their positioning for next season.

your deff off in the cavs having more $ and flexability for next season.. the NY and Jersey are the 2 teams with the most cap room and oll lebron isnt going to be a cav too much longer... his contract is up after next season and id say hes gone. and the lakers have plenty money too keep there current team together....if they wanted too
