Hello ,can someone please tell what the he'll is going on with ORP levels at my reef ?
It's 850 liters of reef , 3.5 months old.
2 weeks ago I replaced active carbon from red sea to ATI.
I also started dosing DIY no3 and po4.
I can't find any reason for such drop at the ORP levels.
For some reason the PH levels started to climb up .
I also have refugium with cheato.
1 month ago the ORP levels was 400 to 450 .

It can drop if you do vodka dosing or Nopox. How big is the tank? You want to go very slowly. I stopped because I almost crashed my entire tank and killed everything. Dosing things like this depletes the oxygen and will cause probes to test lower. But if the fish aren’t struggling and there’s no bacterial bloom you didn’t overdose and are fine.

Tank is 850 liters

You changed something around the date of the 23rd. Evident on pH and ORP.
average of 400mV to average of 360mV doesn't seem like ORP crashing to me. It's a 10% decrease over a week. Could be entirely probe measurement variation/drift.
