ORP - How important?

Ive been looking at some of the higher end controllers that come with an ORP prob and realized that I have literally never tested for that. I don’t see it mentioned very often, so it got me thinking is this something I need to be testing for or is it just a nice to know kind of thing?

My orp is -200. Ita never positive. And I calibrated it like 2 times. Its GHL. So I dont even follow it. It does bother me it is never positive. But whatever lol

I'm only aware of it being important for controlling ozone and is otherwise just for curiosity.

Ita been negative since day one. For 6 weeks. Then jumped positive now negative. This is it currently.
