I also have a question about ORP. My tank is almost 6 weeks old and was cycled using live rock in the sump and frozen shrimp. I read Randy's article on orp, the first part anyway :). My apex is measuring Orp arond 450 to 460 most of the time. i have been feeding my CUC and doing water changes to reduce nitrate, currently at 15. Phosphate was .1 and i ran GFO for 2 days before taking it offline at .026. Should i be worried about this high orp?

Nope, ORP should not be concerning unless you are running ozone. If you are not, then don't pay attention to it right now. You can use it to watch for major swings that could alert you to a possible issue like something dying or similar.
