So having my tank for a little over a month now and to today notice my orp climbing like never before. Usually get a climb and drop from around 190-230 but today well it’s been going up since my 10% water change I do every Sunday just want to know if the increase is a good or bad thing at 255 orp so far today.

Yes very good sign.

I'm not 100% but I think ideal ranges with Apex are around 350-400?

New tanks will go from 200's to that at some point. Climb will eventually stabilize out again. Probably will have a few climbs on the way to establishment from what I understand.

No I have not cleaned it yet.
How old is it?

New probes can take a couple of weeks to settle, and can start low and work up.

I recall mine (GHL) started at around 200 when new and then crept up to 380 over a couple of weeks.
It stayed pretty much around 350 after recalibrating.

I started July 31st new tank, first started at around 168 spiked to 420 came back down to 160’s after feedings would drop to 140’s then throw out the day will go back up eventually to 175’s till about the 18th then spiked to 230’s and started a cycle again now I’m here.

I don't consider rising ORP to be good or bad, and may be due to algae growing on it. That seems to happen as probes get left in the water.
