Orp rising

Question should I be worried that my orp is 425, my ph is steady at 8.0

I wouldn't worry about 425 but are you using ozone?

Mine runs up to 450 once in a while. Open your window for a while. Watch your ph rise and your orp fall.

I usually approach 400 after a water change and during the night...

I do daily auto water changes about 3 gallons

I haven't done a water change in a week. This morning my orp was 444 and now it is 427. No idea why it is 50 or 500 I just know what my apex says. Lol. And it movess inverse with ph.

It moves inverse with the pH because a major driver for both of them is co2. It's a good oxidizer and increases acidity.
