IMO, there's not really any "where they should be" values, except not too high when adding strong oxidizers such as ozone.
i stopped using it since I found it not useful in my system. Even usign ozone it was only useful initially to see that full out, my ozone system did not drive ORP too high.

Mine was at like 70 and I added a Co2 scrubber to my skimmer and now its sitting around 400. TBH I saw there was a probe I could add to my Hydros and got one because the levels were on a tracker I use to verify my current levels. That said I figured with the description I read on what it means it would make sense not having low levels. Either way, I am about to watch these links you sent. Thanks for the information.
