Anyone by chance know the diameter of the led optic lens diameter?

Or would someone who has some they've upgraded or something be willing to measure the diameter of the lenses?

I have v4 upgraded to Icons but didn't think to measure when I traded out the guts almost a year ago.

I've looked all over the net and on here but other than the fact they're stock 120° convex lenses, nothing states the diameter.

Thanks if anyone can help.

Hmm how did you "lose" the lenses? Sorry just curious..

Looks like they are pretty much standard bridgelux egg type led lenses.

@10 for $3.40 inc. shipping from china you can start at 20mm..
Pretty sure that is what they use for their bars.. not that that means a lot.

Sorry not a definitive help but...

Oh and getting the glass ones for the UV may be problematic.

The lenses/holders for the atlantik and compact fixtures are considerably larger than the run of the mill standard led holder/lenses and also convex.

And I'm looking to order them for my 2 old boards that came from my v4s since I upgraded. Figured I have almost all of the guts for 2 more fixtures, I might as well build 2 more.

Yea I was looking at the "math" of the 20mm lenses, amount of diodes and the width of the fixture.. It wasn't exactly fitting my "assumption".
If they are custom sized for Orphek you have an "issue".
There aren't too many common sizes for the type of lens for this size diode.

Using a graphics program and the flattest board image I could find and desc of the dimensions..
25mm holders.
10mm "gap" between lenses.
6 x 25mm + 5 x 10mm = 200mm
My "best guess"..

Used the smaller board since it's the best pic.
Width "should" be equal..Length of course differs.
Gross dimensions:
Regular
Width: 9.37” (238mm)
Compact:
Width: 9.37” (238mm)

So you upgraded your v4 to icon. What upgrade are you reffering to? Which kit did you buy?

You already have what you need. There is no difference in the v4 and icon lenses except for the glass ones on 430nm and below I believe on the icon.

I have fully upgraded my v4's. If you did that then you will have plenty lenses laying around until you throw them away due to the glass replacement. If you only upgraded the controller then simply pull out one of you lenses from your old pcb and measure.

I did the full upgrade but the kits don't come with additional lenses for the new boards. The upgraded v4's/icons are already back up and going.

My intention is to build 2 more fixtures with the guts from the v4's. Basically making 2 v4 gen2's considering there's basically everything needed minus the heatsinks and lenses/holders that were reused with the upgrades hence my need for replacement lenses.

I believe I've found a source for suitable replacements finally. I will be using 24.5mm holders with 70×120° convex glass lenses on all leds.

Thankfully I've already sourced heatsinks and the acrylic for the fixtures was easy to replicate.

Only thing I'm lacking is figuring out where to find expanding stainless with 1mm hole size to replace the mesh that's around the fixtures. I can find sheets but would like to find a way to make the exterior mesh a single piece.

Oh ok. I see. Yeah when I bought my upgrade kits. I bought the additional aluminum cover and the additional glass lenses in the bundle to get the exact fixture they are selling and to take advantage of all the heat dissipation features the icon has to offer.

I get it now. you are trying to put humpty dumpy back together again for the old fixtures. Sounds like you are on your way. Good luck
