Prepping for my next build and I'm considering using 3 over a 90 x 23 x 17 mixed reef.
The recommended is 40" per light and I'm wondering if 3 is overkill. I'm not concerned about par, but more so about spread. I'm using a360we right now and there is just too much shadowing.
I'll likely be using my 2 48" ReefBrite XHOs as well.
I'm also just generally curious about how you guys like your Atlantiks. Do you feel the $ is worth it? No Profilux or Apex controls, correct?
