Orphek Gateway

Need some help setting up orphek lights, I can’t seem to connect the gateway to the app it just doesn’t show up. Also I’m not really even sure which number is the gateway ID. If I scan the QR code I get an 888 number which according to manual should be the ID but it still won’t show up.

I bought it used so maybe it needs a reset but can’t find instructions on how to do a factory reset either.

I downloaded all 3 orphek apps on iOS and tried entering the information but can’t get the gateway to show in any app. Any help would be appreciated.

Glad you figured it out.
As I recall, the Android apps in Google play were old, had to goto the orphek website. Ayear ago.
