Orphek OR3 90 replacement power supply (dimmable?)

Hey guys, I have an OR3 90 blue plus, and I’m looking for a replacement power supply. Anyone know where I can get this one? Link to Ali express? And is there a power supply that would allow me to ramp it up and down? Either stand-alone or 0-10v integration?

This has a range of 50-100v and 700mA before adjustment.
The "AB" designation is important
Allows dimming ( 3 way, pot or 10v dc or 10v pwm) and current adjustment (60-100%, 420-709mA)

50v is about 17 diodes worth in series.
You need to verify your min. V(f) is not below 50v.
Upper ends fine.
