This is not an issue we set the fans to maximum cooling optimization so the light run always cool . For how need more quite light then should change the quite mode . We can set many mode like summer mode , silent mode etc just add to the app. The app is still new and we constantly improving it . In about 5 days will be an update for the system . And around 23/5 another improvement make the buttons bigger .and other few small improvements. About 2 month ago we add the host spot sharing . So if you not have a WiFi router the light can connect to your phone and get internet for upgrade. Bluetooth, WiFi , hots spot .

The max speed is 80% . But we will post about it soon with more information dns test . Temperature test etc .
we are testing few others mods so we will optimize it more . There is lots of where to play . For example if all fans run at defrent speed the sound will be lower .

At the Atlantik icon we improved all the cooling system . We add copper to bring the heat to the top aluminum at 8 points
And we made a silicon gasket for the fans to creat a vacuum improve air flow and reduce noise. And we add a stronger speed fans that we can control from the app .

Are you running the blues as high as they can go? Did you know that the Mitras throttle back the intensity if they get too hot? Are you sure this isn’t happening? Supplemental cooling will fix that. It does seem odd you can’t get higher par at 100%.

If you can't get good color out of the Mitras, it's a water quality issue and not the lights.

Look at ReefBum's videos with his Mitras lights.

There isn't a thing in this world that would make me switch to Orphek. Even with GHL having the worst software in existence, the Mitras is one of the best LEDs I ever tested

Hi!

I have seven atlantik v4 gen 2 with some burned diodes (380, 410, 420 and 430 nm) and burned lenses (380nm).

I live in Brazil and having some problems to purchase new diodes and glass lenses....trying to purchase for some months without success.

What Orphek recommends me to do?

I am on.y 3 set of Orpheks. The first set were the Atlantics V4 2s. There were issues with the UV LEDs burning out. I got the updated/revised Atlantic's just before Orphek announced the icons so I sold them and bought icons. The new icons I have had about 4 months running great. They have updated the LEDs and the lenses to glass from.plastic. the fans are as near silent as any, neither I nor my Mrs who has much better hearing than me can hear them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
