Os my Mandarin healthy

HI I would just like to make sure my Mandarin dragonet is healthy and make sure I'm not missing any signs he is rather active mainly swimming through and around the rock work picking on pods just asking is he malnourished or skinny he doesn't look skinny to me i hot him about a week ago..

Can't tell from the video, try to get it when its up on the glass and you can clearly see its belly.
