OSC Command for certain hours

Hi, I'd like to run a doser every hour at the top of the hour for 2-minutes. However, I only want this to occur from 10pm to 2pm. So it would be off from 3pm to 9pm.

I have this command which will run it at the top of the hour every hour of the day:

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/002:00/058:00 Then ON

How do I program it to only turn on from 10pm to 2pm?

Would it be like this?

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/002:00/058:00 Then ON
If Time 15:00 TO 21:00 Then OFF
