LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN. This will soon be the future home of a Cade Reef 600 Pro S2.

What’s your plans with the tank?
I am envisioning a vertically oriented minimalist aquascape. LPS dominated with Euphyllia and acans but also softies of zoas and rock anemones. Largest fish will likely be Flame Angel with Six Line Wrasse, Royal Gramma, Mandarin Goby, other small species. Still in planning stage for equipment. Learning about Apex, is there a brand name of equipment that uses a single ap to control all their devices?

Current BFS shopping cart:

ReefLed 90 with mounting arm
ReefRun 7000 DC Return
Reefer DC 30 protein skimmer
2 ReefRun Dual DC Pump controllers
ReefWave 25 wave pump
20 lb Special Grade Arag-Alive

Comments Suggestions Ideas appreciated

Will be a nice tank. I would avoid the six line wrasse which will eventually become a menace. Consider a pink streak wrasse instead.

Tank purchased 8/26/24. ILO summer start up package, received 15% off. Also, ilo ordering directly from algaebarn.com I ordered from an authorized Cade dealer in order to support my LFS.

Shipped out of Cade facility 9/6/24. Isn’t she beautiful?

Looking for recommendations for power head.
Mp10-disadvantage is I have dry side on side of aquarium. I know this is the norm
but it does take away from the aesthetic’s. Another disadvantage is glass is too thick although others use it without a problem.
Mp40-disadvantage is it’s even a larger dry side.
RedSea Reefwave25-this this is quite large and has a wire in the tank coming out, but at least it’s on the rear wall.

Update 10/21/24
