It is a tetraodon which practically guarantees it is dangerous to inverts…
But I’d worry a bit more about the fact that a fish that is typically recommended for at least 100 gallons is a candidate for a poorly stocked 20 gallon…

When it dies, it will take the other fish with it.

In all seriousness, that is why boxfish need a big tank. When they release the toxin it will destroy even the largest systems. Same logic for cephalopods and inking or cucumbers and whatever that thing they do is (vomiting?).

Boxfish do not do well in small systems. They are active fish, they swim constantly. They are also invert eaters, and messy eaters just like puffers and other larger FOWLR predators. Along with the fact, they *can* release a toxin cloud which can be deadly to other inhabitants if not removed correctly or in a timely manner.
