Finally got a good microscope to investigate this stuff under magnification. It looks like stringy cyano on my sand bed and has no bubbles so I was leaning away from dinos until I saw this earlier today.
It looks like both Ostreopsis and Coolia. Can someone confirm for me?

Its ampho and ostreo and as I just gave someone else remedy , this works:
Prepare by starting with a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles.
Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15% IF you have light dependant corals) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off.
During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as bacter 7 or XLM) per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights - ramping up and work your white lights up slowly

and an amphidinium, too!
Holy crap you’re right. I will say it is primarily Ostreopsis and Coolia. I am not seeing many Amphidinium in the mix but is it common to see multiple types of dino like this?

Yes. It's not uncommon.
But 3 different strains in only 6 cells wins the prize. Maximum nuisance dino diversity score :p

Got a better sample this time and it’s looking more like mostly Amphidineum now which sucks because that’s harder to treat. At least I know what I’m dealing with now since I have been treating it like cyano and GHA which obviously it isn’t.
