OT: Hormel

Ok this is going to seem a bit strange, but my wife cooked something up tonight and I was like dang that was good. She told me about this thing so I went and looked at the package.

Beef Roast Au Jus in less than 4.5 minutes and better than anything granny or momma has ever cooked for around 5$.

Anyway you guys gotta try these things out.

My family eats that all the time. Quick and easy! The beef tips and gravy is good also.

I felt kinda dumb posting this but i'm serious it was really really good for the price and how quick it was ready.

just don't try the ones that DONT need refridgeration... not even sure if they still have them, but they taste like cat food. Let's leave it at that.

I can't believe that your wife told you it came out of a package, but then I guess with what you have said about her cooking skills, you would have known. I would have been sprinkling the flour on my face and clothes and trying to look like I slaved in the kitchen......

With Will going on 2nd shift in the next couple of months, I'll have to look these things up (I'm better than Brandon's wife at cooking, but not much.....)

I did, they should really tell you that it is only the meat you are buying, they show a picture with all the stuff you normally cook with a roast but there was nothing but meat. It was good though

Being true gourmets, we all know why it tastes so delicious....I fed one to my hubby when I was in a hurry one night. I went through the trouble of making real mashed potatoes and fresh string beans so he was sold on the idea I cooked. I thought...hey I can do this again, next time I went to pick one up I read the label...HOLY COW...more fat and sodium than some small third world nations get in a year...YEP, that explains why it taste so good! It's right up there with Krispy Kremes....who thought...let's mix flour and eggs and sugar, fry it in fat and dip it in more sugar...WE LOVED 'EM!! Darn..now I'm craving hot Krispy Kreme donut and a cold glass of milk!! OH YOU GUYS!!
