I am getting a 135 gallon aquarium. It will have a sailfish tang, 2 clownfish, a cleaner wrasse, and a ornate wrasse. I am thinking about a flame wrasse pair. Would there be anything else i could add if I am adding an anemone. I am looking for colorful fish.

I would recommend 1 male flame wrasse and 2 female flame wrasse but even then many trios still have all three flames become male and two-three males won’t get along in a 6’ tank. I would recommend one flame wrasse then 2-3 other wrasses (Pintail fairies are VERY nice IMO). I recommend Halichoeres wrasse too these guys are good CUC fish. When the tank is big enough you could try a leopard wrasse depending on the anemone genus/species. If it’s a BTA or RFA or a small nem then leopard should be okay

Plus 1 on Pintail and Halichoeres wrasse, in my experience Melanarus wrasse will also keep your vermitid snail population down. But not true for all of them, I just got lucky and 3 back to back that do it. I would also recommend lyretail chromis if you can find them. Pictures do not do them justice, they are beautiful fish.
