So I've been feeding my 10 gal A LOT to maintain nutrients. I have a 2 fish, macros, and a bunch of corals. My nitrates are around 5ppm and phosphates around .05ppm.
I run phosguard and carbon but haven't changed either in about a week. I also dose nitrates when needed incase it ever gets near 0.

I just want to make sure there's no other long-term effects if i'm throwing a ton of food in there right? as long as my phosphates and nitrates stay where i want them?

There is long term effects and you to raise it slowly through normal feeding rather than elevating it quickly. You will end up with ammonia, phosphate, dirty filters, hair algae and cyano plus more
