I was looking for a cheaper led option for my 61" aquaticlife fixture besides the standard radions ,hydras or kessil. Has anyone been able to fit a black box or noopsyche into that fixture . Its a 70" x 30" but only lps and softies

I would go smatfarms, noopsyche, maxspect jump led(this last one might be too large not sure). There are a lot of good budget options out there that people have used, if you are good with DIY you can mount led bars to the aquaticlife hybrid so you can use led reef bars (most par output for the price with higher quality components) like Orphek OR3, or Quantareef Bars among others. Between those options you will probably find something you like

I havent seen anyone with the noopsyche in their aquatic life fixture . Ideally this is what i want to do but wasnt sure if the mounting would be straightfoward with the brackets

i would like to know how quiet thos are?
I have the Aquamedic Cube 50, and the fan is to load for my liking.

There are people using it with the aquaticlife, just might have to drill holes into a piece of aluminum for screws to work, not entirely sure. @BroccoliFarmer has this setup (I think) and may be able to help out hopefully

Awesome , ya if i could get 3 in my fixture that would be ideal minus the power bricks lol. The plan was put a 50" reefbreeders in there , but my non dimmable model of the dx18 is the only one that you cant extend the endplates on . I didnt realize that and made a silly mistake .i mean in reality im going to spend over $500 eitherway . Sell old aquatic life, buy new gen 3 with new endplates use the reefbreeders . Sell the reefbreeders buy 3 noopsyche use existing aquatic life . Really a lose lose situation in terms of spending money lol
