After the recent plague of a bacteria in bloodworms, the last 2 survivoures of this tragedy aren't looking so good. My oto cat has recently developed this belly, and I'm afraid for him. I put some medicine in the tank that was recomemended to me. The algae supply has also ran out, and they won't eat the food I give them (the courgettes and cucumber) please help. :( It has a greyish tint and he's resting with just his bottom fins (I've forgotten their name) on the ornament.

Also sorry the photos are sideways I don't know how to fix that, and I know I'm posting about freshwater aquatics on a salt water forum.

It’s very difficult to see from the pics. Is the belly bloated?

Dropsy. It’s an infection that is hard to treat with antibiotics, but that’s your only choice of you don’t want to euthanize. The problem with dropsy is that it’s a symptom caused by a huge variety of bacteria so the culprit is hard to pinpoint and you need a broad spectrum antibiotic.

Teramyacin and/or tetracycline will be the remedy. Likely internal and start with water change and add aquarium salt (for freshwater or epsom salt)
Feed brine shrimp and algae wafers once it perks up
