Is he gonna be ok? My tube anemone is all torn up

Doesn’t look good.. I would cut the bottom off a small water bottle and put some rubble in it for your anemone to attach. If it doesn’t improve or starts to decompose I would remove it so it doesn’t pollute your tank.

I would recommend getting some test kits even the cheap API will work for now but I wouldn't trust the fish store with their tests because they probably use test strips. Just a cheap test kit for now will work but as you go on a test kit like salifert which is actually very cheap the their precision or red sea
 
The API kit is the plan for today(which is the same they use at the pet store). The guy I talk to there is a reef guy.
