we got these new bridgelux fixtures in, they have 48 3 watt LEDs on the smaller version, and 96 on the large version. the color combo includes more violets, and the fixture has a full heatsink, is dimmable, and includes 90 degree, or 60 degree optics. The price for the 48 LED version is $299 shipped, it is a lower profile, and better looking version than the regular bridgelux value fixtures. We can make them Apex compatible for $99 extra, they will cover a 40 breeder no problem, pics and par readings are coming, the exact color mix is still being reviewed (the whites are a little more than expected) Pics, par readings, and wattage to come this week!

Not bad, right Also, we have some coming that are the one pictured, but with twice the LEDs, or 8 orbs, so they will cover up to a 48" x 24" x 30" tank.

Just wanted to announce that these will be IN STOCK in 1 weeks time, and we also took some nice 1080p HD shots:

There is one with 8 clusters of 12 LEDs (192watt) that will cover a 48" tank. Those are available for special order, and cost only $399, probably one of the cheapest ways out there to light a 48" tank, and they are of course dimmable, and include the same full spectrum of 7 LED colos!

Would each individual led be able to control like the Vegas?

No, unfortunately. You can control the whites/colors, and the royal blues seperately. On the SuperNova, you can control each color channel on its own. IMO, individual color control is a gimmick, and will over complicate the fixture. We picked out the spectrum to look the bestwe could, and are very satisfied with it. You can make it as blue or white as you need, that is the biggest part of the dimming function.

Great news, we just got a massive shipment in! All of the fixtures have been tested, and are ready for boxing. There are only 4 of the new value fixtures left!!!

I got my two in yesterday and I am thoroughly impressed! Well built and easy to install inside my hood with the hanging kit that is included. I haven't gotten any pic's yet as last night I didn't have any time but I'll get some up soon!
